Chemical Treatment

ParkProcess manufactures both batch and inline polymer make-up systems. These systems are equipped to mix neat polymer and water, injecting the diluted solution into a system provided static mixer for inter-reaction of polymer and sludge, and providing a thoroughly conditioned sludge ready to be dewatered. These units are utilized in conjunction with dewatering equipment such as dewatering boxes, centrifuges, belt filter presses, recessed chamber filter presses, fan filters, clarifies, and filter tubes. Our pH control systems can be used to treat a low or high pH condition, or can keep the pH in the neutral range when conditions cause varying pH levels.

Use Batch type polymer blending and injection system for the preparation of liquid polymer to aid in the flocculation of sludge in the dewatering process.

The inline polymer system is designed to be used with liquid polymer for the continuous delivery of a blended dilute polymer solution.

A static mixer is a precision engineered device for the continuous mixing of fluid materials. Normally the fluids to be mixed are liquid, but static mixers can also be used to mix gas streams, disperse gas into liquid or blend immiscible liquids.

ParkProcess neutralization and pH control systems will monitor and maintain a pH set point for waste water streams on a continuous basis. The system utilizes a batch tank to accomplish the pH adjustment.
